Product Characteristics & Cosmetic Standards

Our products are manufactured using precision machining and industrial finishing processes. As a result, minor cosmetic characteristics may be present, including but not limited to light machining marks, tool traces, finish variations, minor surface marks, slight discoloration, or light surface oxidation where applicable.

In mechanical systems, slight movement, wobble, or play between components may occur due to designed tolerances and does not affect function or performance.

These characteristics are purely cosmetic or tolerance-related, fall within normal manufacturing standards of the airsoft industry, and do not constitute a product defect.

Returns or warranty claims based solely on such cosmetic or tolerance-related characteristics may therefore be declined in accordance with our return policy.

Light surface oxidation (rust), where applicable, is a normal material property and can typically be removed through routine maintenance (e.g., WD-40 and a soft brush).

This notice does not limit any statutory consumer rights.

We take every piece of feedback seriously – but only if it actually reaches us.

Customers who contact us directly will always receive full support: replacement, additional shipment, or refund, handled promptly and without complications.

What we cannot do is monitor complaints posted in Discord servers, forums, or YouTube comments. In those places we see no order number, no details, and therefore we cannot provide a real solution.

We aim to ensure fast and reliable delivery to all our customers, whether you’re in the EU or elsewhere in the world.

Shipping is either from our Latvian or Asian warehouse, according to the inventory availability

We will always pick the best lane for your country/area. The average delivery time to EU and UK is 5-10 days, to USA and Canada is 10-14 days, South Korea and Japan 5-7 days

• Orders not yet dispatched can be canceled free of charge.
• EU customers are eligible to initiate return process within 14 days upon the delivery of the parcel
• Returned items must be in resealable condition, otherwise we have the right to refuse the return or reduce the refund amount
• If the return is not caused by our own mistakes, customers are always to bear the return cost
