Product Characteristics & Cosmetic Standards
Our products are manufactured using precision machining and industrial finishing processes. As a result, minor cosmetic characteristics may be present, including but not limited to light machining marks, tool traces, finish variations, minor surface marks, slight discoloration, or light surface oxidation where applicable.
In mechanical systems, slight movement, wobble, or play between components may occur due to designed tolerances and does not affect function or performance.
These characteristics are purely cosmetic or tolerance-related, fall within normal manufacturing standards of the airsoft industry, and do not constitute a product defect.
Returns or warranty claims based solely on such cosmetic or tolerance-related characteristics may therefore be declined in accordance with our return policy.
Light surface oxidation (rust), where applicable, is a normal material property and can typically be removed through routine maintenance (e.g., WD-40 and a soft brush).
This notice does not limit any statutory consumer rights.

Return & Cancellation

I had high hopes for this barrel but ended a little disappointed.
Machining quality and surface finish is mostly good. The edges of the groove for hopup arm needs deburring for a smooth operation of the lever without binding. Inside bore of the main barrel has a bit rough finish but that's not a big deal.
The groove for vsr buckings locating tab could be a little bit bigger but it works, just a bit tight.
No rust on the barrel and it came well oiled but the inside bore had some weird rust colored grease like residue that needed to be cleaned.
The biggest thing was that despite being steel it does not eliminate barrel wobble/bending compared to vfc original barrel. This is due the mounting flange being a separate part. The idea is good but needs tighter tolerances or a really well/tight fitting chamber part to fit the barrel and receiver. Or a one piece design. I asked them before hand if the barrel eliminates the wobble and they said it would so it was a bit disappointing when it didn't.
Overall it's a good product but has it's flaws and needs improvements.

we found out via further exploration that the barrel wobbling issue is rather caused by the bad tolerance of VFC OEM chamber base and barrel nut, rather the steel barrel itself. The 3 components must fit together perfectly.
The main feature of our one-piece steel outer barrel is the realism in weight and hop up performance optimization.
We are working on a kit with new barrel nut and chamber base to eliminate this issue, please stay tuned for our new product release.
I purchased this 85 euros "upgrade" one piece barrel so it can replace the original barrel which had noticable barrel wobble from the start and I could not do anything about it. The part which sits between the castle nut and the upper receiver and keeps the hop up arm pin from falling out deforms as I installed it. The barrel had sideways wobble after the first install. I noticed after multiple disassembly and reassembly that this part continued to deform and it even developed a little "play" so the hop up arm pin could move around a bit. After a couple of shots it started wobbleing in every direction but most noticeably in the up and down direction. I used teflon tape in the indetion where this parts sits so it can compensate for the deformation. I also applied telfon tape around this part and a barrel nut shim to mitigate the barrel wobble. It helped a little but the upwards and downwards wobble still remains althogh a little less noticable. So it did not solve the barrel wobble problem just replaced it for 85 euros. I had high hopes for this product but I am very disappointed.

It is not my intention to disparage the shop and people behind creating this product or discourage people from buying this product but to inform a potential buyer, that maybe I received a faulty product so they can be prepared and to give voice to my dissapointment.
Has a considerable amount of heft compared to the stock barrel, fits nicely and looks good!
