🎨 Application Instructions:

1. Surface Preparation:

• Clean the surface thoroughly to ensure it is dust-free and oil-free.

• Shake the paint bottle vigorously for at least 30 seconds before use.

• Recommended spray gun nozzle size: 1.3–1.4 mm.

2. Spraying Process:

• Maintain a distance of approximately 15 cm from the surface.

• Apply in light, even coats.

• Recommended method: “Multiple light coats”

  • First coat → wait 5–10 minutes

  • Second coat → wait 5–10 minutes

  • Third coat → base coating complete

3. Drying & Curing:

• After the third coat, allow the part to air dry for 30 minutes.

• Then bake at 60°C for 30 minutes in an oven (metal parts only).

• Let it cool and rest for at least 1 hour before handling.

• If oven curing is not possible:

  • Allow to air dry for 24 hours at around 20°C.

  • If ambient temperature is lower, extend drying time accordingly.

4. (Optional) For Improved Adhesion:

• On metal surfaces, apply a dedicated epoxy primer first.

• Let the primer dry completely, sand lightly, then apply the color coats.

• Highly flammable and toxic – keep away from heat sources and open flames.

• Always wear a mask when spraying to avoid inhalation of vapors; prolonged exposure may be harmful to health.

• Keep out of reach of children.

• Store in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated area.

• Not pressurized – not suitable for air shipping, but may be transported by land or sea.
