Airsoft Quality Standards

At Clutch Precision, our mission is to be the first to deliver solutions where the industry has left long-standing gaps. Each product undergoes functional testing before release to ensure it performs reliably in the field.

However, customers should understand that premier release products — being the first of their kind — may not represent absolute perfection in every detail. While fully functional and tested, minor characteristics such as:

  • Machining marks or surface variations,

  • Slight cosmetic imperfections,

  • Small tolerances resulting in minimal movement between components,

…are considered normal at this stage and do not affect performance or durability.

With subsequent production runs, we systematically refine, improve tolerances, and enhance finishes based on data and feedback. Our guiding principle is clear:

Shipping Carriers and Delivery Times

- EU: DHL, UPS, DPD, and other national postal services (4-7 days if product is in stock in EU warehouse, 7-10 days if not.)
- United States: USPS (7-14 days)
- United Kingdom: Royal Mail (7-10 days)
- Canada: UniUni Express / Canada Post (7-14 days)
- Norway, Switzerland, South Korea: China Post E-Express (14-21 days)
- Japan: Sagawa Express (7-10 days)
- Rest of the World: China Post E-Express (14-21 days)

We offer reliable shipping services to ensure timely delivery. Delivery times are estimated, and while we strive to meet these, unexpected delays may occur due to customs or other external factors.

Order Processing Times
- Items in stock: Orders ship within 48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays.
- Back-orders: Restocking typically takes 14 days. We appreciate your patience.
- Pre-orders: Shipping time for pre-orders can vary between 1-3 months depending on availability and other factors. We'll keep you informed about any updates.

Tariffs and Import Fees
- EU Customers: You won't need to handle customs duties. We cover all customs and duties via the DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) process.
- Non-EU Customers: Customers outside the EU are responsible for any import taxes, duties, or fees as per their country's customs policies.

Return Policy

For EU Customers:
- You have the right to return any product within 14 days of receipt without providing a reason. This is part of the EU’s cooling-off period for online purchases. The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
- Return shipping costs: If the return is based on a change of mind, return shipping will be at your expense.
- If the product is faulty or not as described, we will cover the return shipping costs and offer a full refund or replacement.

- 2-Year Warranty**: As required by EU law, we offer a minimum 2-year warranty on all electronic products. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. If a product is faulty within this period, you can request a repair, replacement, or refund.

For Non-EU Customers (United States, Canada, Japan, and others):
- For customers outside the EU, we do not offer a 14-day cooling-off period or the 2-year warranty, as these protections are specific to EU law. However, we still aim to provide excellent service:
- Returns/Refunds for faulty products: If the product is damaged or faulty due to non-human factors, you can return the item. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your product with proof (photo or video). We will respond within 1-3 working days and work on resolving the issue.
- Return shipping: For non-faulty returns (e.g., change of mind), return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, and a restocking fee may apply.

Order Issues
If you encounter any issues with your order, such as discrepancies in quantity or quality, please report them within 7 business days of delivery. We require photo or video proof to investigate and resolve the issue quickly.

Lost Parcels

If a parcel is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will replace or refund your order. Please allow the carrier’s investigation process to complete (typically 14–30 days).

Parcels Marked “Delivered” but Not Received

If tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive the parcel:

  • Please first check with neighbors, family, or your local post office.

  • If still missing, contact us with a written declaration. We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

Order Cancellation
- You can cancel your order before it has been dispatched. If you cancel after making payment but before shipment, the refund amount will be minus the PayPal transaction fee, which is non-refundable.
- If the order has already been shipped, you must wait for the product to arrive and then follow our return process.

Exchanges
- We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you can return the product (according to the return policy above) and place a new order for the desired item.

General Guidelines
- All items must be returned in their original packaging and condition to be eligible for a refund or replacement.
- Refunds will be processed within **14 days** of receiving the returned item or proof of return.
