The Short Lightweight V2 Steel Bolt Carrier is engineered for practical skirmishers who want improved reliability, higher rate of fire, and better gas efficiency from the VFC MP7 GBB platform.

Precision CNC-machined from hardened #45 steel and finished with a QPQ nitrided surface treatment, this bolt carrier offers the strength and wear resistance expected from a serious steel upgrade, while keeping the moving mass lower than a full-weight carrier.

V2 Highlight – New Nozzle Return Spring System

The V2 version introduces a completely redesigned nozzle return spring layout, similar in concept to the system used in VFC G36 and AR15 GBB platforms.

Instead of relying on the original exposed factory-style spring arrangement, the nozzle return spring with guide rings now sits inside the nozzle. This design directly addresses the known issue of crushed nozzle return springs caused by the factory layout.

Installation Tutorial V2

Type 1 (also the easy one)

  1. Don't assemble the silver V2 nozzle return spring plug, just put the included small o-ring on it (the side with threads), then use a big flat screwdriver to push it to the rear hole of the bolt carrier, use the M3x6 hex socket countersunk screw to fix it to the rear of bolt carrier. This would seal the bolt carrier to let you further use it as factory default configuration.
  2. Put the nozzle with the OEM or included nozzle return spring back to the bolt carrier and install the included nozzle stop. Done

Type 2 (the future-proof one, but request some DIY ability and a drill to modify the nozzle)

  1. Assemble the nozzle return spring plug like this
  2. Use the included M2 drill to drill a hole on each side of the nozzle, the position is 25.0mm from rear. Use a pencil to correctly mark the position before drilling, because you only have 1 try. Do it side after side, don't drill through, otherwise the drill will come out from a wrong hole and your nozzle will be trashed.
  3. Put the nozzle assembly back to bolt carrier, install the M3x6 hex socket countersunk screw
  4. Don't install the long OEM nozzle return spring anymore. Just put back the nozzle stop, then you are good to go

Product Characteristics & Cosmetic Standards

Our products are manufactured using precision machining and industrial finishing processes. As a result, minor cosmetic characteristics may be present, including but not limited to light machining marks, tool traces, finish variations, minor surface marks, slight discoloration, or light surface oxidation where applicable.

In mechanical systems, slight movement, wobble, or play between components may occur due to designed tolerances and does not affect function or performance.

These characteristics are purely cosmetic or tolerance-related, fall within normal manufacturing standards of the airsoft industry, and do not constitute a product defect.

Returns or warranty claims based solely on such cosmetic or tolerance-related characteristics may therefore be declined in accordance with our return policy.

Light surface oxidation (rust), where applicable, is a normal material property and can typically be removed through routine maintenance (e.g., WD-40 and a soft brush).

This notice does not limit any statutory consumer rights.

We will always pick the best lane for your country/area. The average delivery time to EU and UK is 7-14 days, to USA and Canada is 14-21 days, South Korea, Thailand and Japan 5-14 days.

Return & Cancellation

  • Orders not yet dispatched can be canceled free of charge.
  • EU customers are eligible to initiate return process within 14 days upon the delivery of the parcel. No return accepted from countries and regions outside of the EU
  • Returned items must be in absolutely resealable condition, otherwise we have the right to refuse the return or reduce the refund amount
