Refund & Return Policy
Thank you for shopping with Clutch Precision. We strive to ensure that our products meet high standards of quality, performance, and reliability. Please review the following policy carefully before making a purchase.
Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without providing any reason, in accordance with EU consumer protection regulations.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you, or a third party designated by you, receive the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by means of a clear statement (e.g. email).
Cosmetic Condition & Manufacturing Tolerances
Our products are manufactured using precision machining and industrial processes. Minor cosmetic characteristics may occur, including machining marks, finish variations, slight discoloration, surface marks, or light oxidation.
Slight movement or play between components may occur due to functional tolerances and does not affect performance.
Returns or claims based solely on cosmetic or tolerance-related characteristics may be declined.
Nothing in this section limits statutory consumer rights.
Return Conditions
- Item must be unused and uninstalled
- Item must be in original condition and packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Items showing signs of installation, use, modification, or damage may be refused or subject to a deduction due to loss of value.
Non-Fault Returns
Returns for reasons other than a verified defect (e.g. change of mind, wrong item ordered, compatibility issues) may be accepted at our discretion.
Such returns may be subject to deductions, handling costs, or refusal.
Defects & Functional Issues
In the event of a verified manufacturing defect or functional issue, customers must contact us with clear evidence (photos/videos).
After review, we will, at our sole discretion, offer one of the following remedies:
- Replacement of the defective product
- Repair solution
- Partial refund where appropriate
A full refund is not automatically granted.
International Orders (Outside the EU)
Due to international logistics, customs procedures, and associated costs, returns for orders shipped outside the European Union are generally not accepted.
All non-EU sales are considered final.
Exceptions may be made only in cases of verified defects and are handled at our discretion.
Import Responsibility & Customs
The customer is solely responsible for ensuring compliance with local import laws and regulations.
We are not responsible for:
- Customs delays
- Import restrictions
- Seizure or confiscation by authorities
Orders that are refused, seized, or destroyed by customs are not eligible for return or refund.
Refused Deliveries / Failed Delivery
Refusing delivery, failing to collect a parcel, or providing incorrect shipping information does not constitute a valid return or cancellation.
In such cases, shipments may not be returned to us and may be lost, disposed of, or destroyed by third-party logistics providers.
If goods are not returned to us or are no longer recoverable, no refund will be issued.
All resulting costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. In such cases, only the least expensive standard delivery method will be reimbursed.
Refunds
Refunds are processed only after returned goods are received and inspected.
If goods are not returned, no refund will be issued.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only offered for confirmed defective items and subject to availability.
