AK-105 Steel Front-End Conversion Kit for VFC AK-74M (Full Steel)

Transform your VFC AK-74M into a true AK-105 with this premium full-steel conversion kit. Designed for durability, authenticity, and seamless installation, this complete front-end assembly gives your replica the unmistakable AK-105 profile without compromising the original parts.

Kit Includes:

• True Russian style AK-105 style front sight block with integrated gas tube (all airsoft replicas in the market are Bulgarian style, which is not correct)

• Lower handguard retainer

Reversible Conversion:

This kit allows you to revert to your original AK-74M front end at any time. When used with proper tooling, the installation and removal process leaves no damage to your OEM parts.

Installation Notes:
For proper installation, you will need specialized tooling to remove and reinstall the front trunnion pin: a set of Pin Punch + a Drill Press Vice

Very important: the Barrel Pin (No.3) must be punched from the right side

Step by step:

Step 1: remove these 2 screws holding the hop up chamber

Step 2: remove rear sight block by punching out the roll-pin from the side and remove the screw from the bottom

Step 3: remove the 2 screws hidden under the rear sight block. You might need to use hairdryer to heat it, if it's locked with loctite.

Step 4: place the rifle on the table, use drill press vice to firmly hold the receiver horizontally, make sure the rifle is very stable. Then use the 6mm pin punch to punch the barrel pin from the right side. It might need a few punches, but you will get there eventually
