VFC MP7 Steel CQB Bolt Carrier Mid-Length
VFC MP7 Steel CQB Bolt Carrier Mid-Length
CNC steel bolt carrier in V2 spec for VFC MP7 GBB
Shorter length resulted in 50 gram weight reduction compared to OEM zinc bolt carrier of 240 gram.
Perks:
- Enhancing durability: Avoiding the malfunction of bolt stop after more than 1000 shots
- Increase ROF, semi-auto mode will become snappier, allowing rapid fire
- Reducing the risk of receiver break
- Better gas efficiency and avoids cooldown in winter
Material: stainless steel
Surface treatment: phosphating
Weight: 190g
Note:
Due to the uncontrollable tolerance of metal 3d-printing process, please sand/grind the nozzle stop on both sides and upper corners slightly, until the both screws can be inserted into the holes of the nozzle stop easily. This ensures the free movement of the nozzle.

Ich musste die Nozzel noch nachfeilen und einen anderen O-Ring verwenden. Danach lief die Nozzel aber einwandfrei im BC. Aber aufgrund der Nacharbeit nur vier Sterne.
The product still chews up nozzle springs. Their “redesigned” nozzle guide failed after 100 shots. Both that were included had the same issue. Customer support recommended me modifying the nozzle return spring to prevent this. IMO that’s unacceptable. It should be plug and play and work better than or equal to the stock BCG
Build quality looks really impressive.
Comes as an complete set, except the nozzle.
The weight is indeed much lower and rate of fire increased. Gas efficiency not tested yet.
Seems very solid after a couple hundred rounds, minimal wear visible on the bolt catch or hammer ramp. Rate of fire in Auto is now pretty ludicrous, has made the MP7 very snappy in Semi. Seems built to last.
