Assembling instruction v1:

1. Charging handle installation: apply each 1 drop of blue Loctite on the both cylinder head M2.5x4 screws, then install them on the charging handle

2. Install the nozzle return spring cap at the rear of your OEM nozzle return spring (if your nozzle return spring is intact, you don't have to change to the new spring in our package), and use vise to fix the cap, with the help of punch tool, punch the small elastic cylindrical pin into the hole, so that the spring will be fixed in place. If it's too difficult, drill it wider to 2.5mm, this will ease the installation, but then you need to apply some superglue on it. Alternatively you can insert a M2x6 grub screw here, then superglue it on both sides. (we included some smaller pins in the later batch, which is directly attached on the outer box)
3. Install one o-ring at the rear of the nozzle return spring cap
4. Insert nozzle in the bolt carrier, ensure that at the rear the nozzle return spring cap is fully aligned in place with the rear hole of bolt carrier
5. Install the countersunk M2.5x8 screw works as nozzle stopper here
6. Apply the other o-ring on the M3x5 countersunk screw, then install it to the nozzle return spring screw. Done.

File the back side of the nozzle guide wing ca. 1mm to fit the radius of the bolt carrier

Product Characteristics & Cosmetic Standards

Our products are manufactured using precision machining and industrial finishing processes. As a result, minor cosmetic characteristics may be present, including but not limited to light machining marks, tool traces, finish variations, minor surface marks, slight discoloration, or light surface oxidation where applicable.

In mechanical systems, slight movement, wobble, or play between components may occur due to designed tolerances and does not affect function or performance.

These characteristics are purely cosmetic or tolerance-related, fall within normal manufacturing standards of the airsoft industry, and do not constitute a product defect.

Returns or warranty claims based solely on such cosmetic or tolerance-related characteristics may therefore be declined in accordance with our return policy.

Light surface oxidation (rust), where applicable, is a normal material property and can typically be removed through routine maintenance (e.g., WD-40 and a soft brush).

This notice does not limit any statutory consumer rights.

We will always pick the best lane for your country/area. The average delivery time to EU and UK is 5-10 days, to USA and Canada is 10-14 days, South Korea and Japan 5-7 days

Return & Cancellation

  • Orders not yet dispatched can be canceled free of charge.
  • EU customers are eligible to initiate return process within 14 days upon the delivery of the parcel
  • Returned items must be in resealable condition, otherwise we have the right to refuse the return or reduce the refund amount
  • If the return is not caused by our own mistakes, customers are always to bear the return cost
