The backplate comes completely assembled. Only thing to do is swap the original backplate for this very well engineerd one. Takes 5 minutes. Fits like a glove! Very impressed, excellent machining.

Love this item for the looks it adds. Sadly, the Acturus does not come with a two-piece outer barrel like the VFC model. Therefore, this item is only for VFC owners. Would love to have an AEG steel one piece barrel from clutch in the future, so my Arcturus will get the love it deserves.

Preordered this part in advance. I like it a lot for adding the little details. It appears to be built well.
On the VFC version it fits perfectly. On the Umarex/Arcturus version, the body dimensions near the stock tube are a tiny bit wider. Although functionally not a problem, I still wanted to point it out. I think the Acturus is superior to the VFC, but they differ in little details such as this. Still love the new endplate for the looks. No modifications needed for both VFC and arcturus models.

The aluminium chamber compared with the clutch percision hop up lever give a significant increase in range an percision to my VFC HK 416A5 Gen 3 GBB. The aluminium chamber is machined a little bit bigger in the inner diamter as the standard plasitc chamber, which is mentioned in the discription. But when you tighten the barrelnut with a 19-51mm hook wrench, theres no play and barrel wobbling. I am using a meaple leaf autobot 70° bucking with minimal 0.32g up to 0.40g bb´s and the standard VFC Hop up Chamber+ Clutch percison Hop up lever

Great upgrade to the OEM plastic chamber especially for the SR16. Will require slight file if fitting the 4uad Magnus pro hop up.

VFC MP7 GBB V2 Aluminum Metal Backplate End Plate Assembly with steel Stock Latches

If you own a VFC MP7 gbb you know that it kicks hard, and unfortunately the factory backplate is going to fail. Especially under heavy full auto fire. And who doesn't love the fun switch. All the other reviews that state issues may HAVE been true, but this one has had ALL issues resolved. It fits without any modification whatsoever. The corners are all rounded and the stock rails no longer rub on the through holes in the backplate. This thing is perfect and built to last. So do yourself a favor and just buy this and upgrade your MP7 so you can rock full auto without any worries. And trust me, once you go full auto, you'll be grinning for days!

These are a direct replacement for the stock factory plastic base plates. The fit and finish is perfect. The VFC MP7 mags are heavy, and the stock base plates will break or shatter if dropped on hard surfaces. These offer much better protection for the bottom of the magazines as well as simply not shattering when a drop occurs. The only drawbacks are that they lack the H&K logo, and have the ever so slightest rattle to them. Do yourself and your 75$ mags a favor and get these.
