What shipping carriers do you offer?

We send from China via DHL to Germany (4-7 days), USPS to US (7-10 days), Royal Mail to UK (7-10 days), UPS to all other EU countries (2-4 days) and China Post E-Express to all other countries (5-14 days)

When will my order ship?
Orders will ship within 48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays.
For pre-orders the restock usually takes 14 days, please be patient.

Tariffs and Import fees
Non-EU customers are responsible for all local country import taxes, duties and other fees, depending on the policies of each countries customs.

EU customers don’t have to deal with any customs matters as we always cover customs duties via DDP process.

What is your Return policy?
If the product has quality problems caused by non-human factors. Please contact us, we will reply your email within 1-3 working days and solve the problem for you
We don't accept unconditional returns.

What if I have an issue with my order?
Order discrepancies must be reported within 2 business days after delivery.

Can I cancel the order?
Yes, orders which are still not dispatched, can be cancelled free-of-charge. Please contact us as soon as possible after order confirmation.
