Steel bolt carrier for WE SVD GBB

Assembling instruction v1:

1. Charging handle installation: apply each 1 drop of blue Loctite on the both cylinder head M2.5x4 screws, then install them on the charging handle

2. Install the nozzle return spring cap at the rear of your OEM nozzle return spring (if your nozzle return spring is intact, you don't have to change to the new spring in our package), and use vise to fix the cap, with the help of punch tool, punch the small elastic cylindrical pin into the hole, so that the spring will be fixed in place. If it's too difficult, drill it wider to 2.5mm, this will ease the installation, but then you need to apply some superglue on it. Alternatively you can insert a M2x6 grub screw here, then superglue it on both sides. (we included some smaller pins in the later batch, which is directly attached on the outer box)

3. Install one o-ring at the rear of the nozzle return spring cap

4. Insert nozzle in the bolt carrier, ensure that at the rear the nozzle return spring cap is fully aligned in place with the rear hole of bolt carrier

5. Install the countersunk M2.5x8 screw works as nozzle stopper here

6. Apply the other o-ring on the M3x5 countersunk screw, then install it to the nozzle return spring screw. Done.

Troubeshooting: Bolt carrier not closing properly

File the back side of the nozzle guide wing ca. 1mm to fit the radius of the bolt carrier

SVD Steel bolt V2

A big piece of steel but one game and I can already see the traces of damage on the same spot as with the oem aluminum one, at the slide rails. I hope it stays like that and not get any worse cause it is gonna start skipping on bolt catch until it finaly gets loose and wont shoot properly like it always was with the oem one (muzzle energy all over the place and no precision). The ''black'' part of the steel, the nozzle stopper seems to be better on quality. Keep up the good work and surprise us with the firing pin housing and the trigger made of an apropriate material too. Thanks Clutch Precision!

SVD steel bolt

Is great but mine is rusty..

Totally satisfied.

I am satisfied the esult. After instalrd the steel bolt., my SVD remind me the real steel ehich I shot a couple of dhooting ramge.Even 1/20 kick.

Not compliant

The overall quality and machining is good, but the pins connecting the springs and the small parts in the bolt carrier are out of dimension and need to be machined. I don't understand the purpose of the rubber packing either, maybe a manual should be included.

Great Product with a few quirks

The svd carrier is great in itself, the packaging is meh, the charging handle scratched it up quite a bit. Also to mention that there is no instructions to but it together and the insides of the carrier should be polishes a little.
