Return and Refund Policy

We aim to provide a smooth and transparent shopping experience for all customers. Please review our return and refund policies carefully before making a purchase.


Eligibility for Returns

  1. Defective or Faulty Products

    • If the product has quality issues caused by non-human factors, you may request a return or exchange.
    • To initiate the process, please contact us within 14 calendar days of receiving the item. Include a clear description and photographic evidence of the issue.
    • We will respond to your email within 1-3 working days to resolve the issue together.
  2. Incorrect or Damaged Items on Delivery

    • If you receive an incorrect item or an item damaged during transit, please notify us within 2 business days of delivery.
    • Retain all packaging and documents for inspection.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  1. Custom-made or unique products crafted specifically to the customer’s specifications, especially Cerakote treated products
  2. Special-order parts that are not part of our regular stock.
  3. Consumables, such as lubricants or cleaning agents, once opened.
  4. Items that have been modified, used, or damaged due to improper handling by the customer.
  5. Products missing original packaging, accessories, or labels.

Return Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

    1. The return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item sent).
    2. The product is confirmed to have quality defects.
  • Returns must be sent to our warehouse in Latvia. We recommend using a tracked shipping method for safety.


Important Notes on Returns

  1. Rejected Parcels

    • If the customer rejects the parcel during delivery, our third-party postage service will destroy the parcel and not forward the parcel to us. In such cases, no refund will be issued.
  2. Faulty or Non-Resalable Returns

    • If returned goods are received in a faulty or non-resalable condition (e.g., used, damaged, missing parts, or without original packaging), we reserve the right to:
      • Issue only a partial refund, deducting the loss in value.
      • Refuse the refund altogether, depending on the condition of the item.

Return Process

  1. Contact us via email at staff@clutch-precision.com with the order number and issue details.
  2. Await confirmation and detailed return instructions.
  3. Return the product in its original condition, including all packaging, labels, and accessories.

Refunds and Exchanges

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange request.
  • The initial shipping cost will not be refunded
  • Additionally we will deduct 10% of restocking fee
  • If the product is damaged, we have the right to further deduct from the refund amount or reject the refund if the returned goods are not resealable
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days, and the amount will be credited back to your original payment method.
  • Exchanges will be shipped within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item, subject to stock availability.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders not yet dispatched can be canceled free of charge.
  • To cancel an order, contact us immediately via email or phone after order confirmation.

Additional Notes

  • For international customers, customs duties and taxes paid are non-refundable. Please verify local regulations before returning goods.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns if the items do not meet the above criteria.
